MINGLE
Mingle was woven on a handloom I made, using a cotton strand called “Mexican Toffee.” Which is much closer in color and variation to the original cotton from the Americas. I processed this cotton sliver from the bale and incorporated it with yarns and materials that are synthetic and used more advanced technologies to produce. Thus, playing on handmade vs. machine made concepts.
